On May 15th, at the thousand acre sugar beet demonstration base in Yangchun Township, Yi'an County, I saw a greenhouse full of green sugar beet seedlings growing happily, nurturing new hope. Yi'an County actively constructs a new agricultural management system, freeing farmers from the tedious preparation work of traditional self selection of land, variety, agricultural inputs, loans, and finding agricultural machinery, and becoming a new era farmer who focuses on agricultural production and continuously improves planting level. Yangchun Township focuses on the modernization of agricultural technology, in accordance with the overall requirements of the "New Agricultural Management System" proposed by the County Committee, and utilizes the "Five in One" modern intelligent agricultural management system to make the fields the "first workshop" of the sugar industry, scientifically plan agricultural activities, and carry out planned management and standardized operation of agricultural planting.

The first workshop of the sugar industry, which integrates water and fertilizer, dense planting in large ridges, and large-scale mechanical operations, has achieved scientific management and optimized allocation of various elements in sugar beet production, transforming agriculture from relying on experience to relying on technology. Through the new agricultural management system, scientific, intelligent, understaffed, and refined management have been achieved, effectively resolving problems such as a large number of small and medium-sized households, small plots of land, old experience, and difficult profits in agricultural management, leading the development of sugar beet and other related industries.
